Refund policy
The free month
Every new learner gets a free month with every feature. If you started your free month with a store subscription, cancel it in Google Play or App Store settings before it ends and you won't be charged.
Eligibility
If you're not happy with your subscription, you can request a full refund of the first payment on a monthly or yearly plan within 14 days of paying.
How to request one
Email support@levai.solutions with the order number from your Google Play or App Store receipt and the purchase date. You don't need to give a reason, though we'd love to know what we can improve. You can also request a refund directly from Google Play or Apple under their policies.
Processing time
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the store and payment method.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current paid period; periods that have already ended and renewal payments after the first are not refunded, unless the law requires otherwise.
Schools
School payments follow the terms of the agreement signed with each school.
