Terms of service

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Accepting these terms

By using Ta3lam you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. If the user is a child, their parent or guardian accepts these terms on their behalf.

Using Ta3lam

You may use Ta3lam for personal learning or within a school. Don't try to disrupt or abuse the service, or extract its content automatically.

AI feedback

Ta3lam gives automated pronunciation feedback and replies from an AI tutor. This feedback is practice guidance and can sometimes be wrong; it is not an official assessment, nor a substitute for a teacher or a certified Quran instructor.

Content

Quran text and syllabus materials are provided for personal learning. Rights in the app's design, content curation and exercises remain with us or their respective owners.

Subscriptions

Every new learner gets one free month with every feature. Monthly and yearly subscriptions are bought inside the app through Google Play or the App Store and renew automatically until you cancel in your store settings. Prices are shown in the app before you pay. See the pricing page and refund policy for details.

Schools

School subscriptions are governed by the written agreement between us and the school, in addition to these terms.

Ending use

You can stop using Ta3lam at any time. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms or abuses the service.

Liability

Ta3lam is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; when we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
